Let me just tell you all.. the numbers from above didn't do justice for what we experienced today! I have to say today has been stored away in my TOP 5 best days of boarding... EVER!!!
Two lost souls from Arizona were in town which made it that much more fun. The runs and jumps they were going on.. of course I had to hang with the boys! Duhhh why would I let them show me up! My state, MY SNOW... see how this works! ha ha! Actually today the powder was crazy insane - thigh high and in some places to the hips! (and in 2 cases, I MAY have found the deepest powder on the entire mountain! Let's just say 10 minutes getting out of that powder took more energy out then the entire day!) I'm glad that my fellow Arizona flowers were there to witness, point and laugh.. now that I think about it, I don't think they offered to help! In fact when I met my old friend TREE - I got a slap to the head and all I heard there was "OH OUCH".. not a "hey Suz you okay?" ha ha you boys sure do have a soft spot in your hearts! :)
Fresh Powder!
This is in the trees where I hit an unseen jump (you can see in the picture it doesn't look that big) however with gravity on my side and not knowing it's there - Human Cannonball into powder!
If I was to explain what heaven looked and felt like... it would be this! POWDER!
Going through the pictures I realized.. oh yeah the boys hands were "too cold" to take pictures of others! pffft Pansies!! Well for all accounts today was awesome!
